• IGNITE has empaneled 67 mentors.
• IGNITE has won Lead Incubation and organiser of StartUp India Yatra – Gujarat Edition.
• Jury Member Award for being panellist of Jury at IIM- Ahmedabad.
• Certificate of appreciation by StartUp India Yatra – Gujarat Edition for implementing Honourable PM’s vision for StartUp India.
• IGNITE has been awarded the total grant of Rs. 1,51,69,000 by Government of Gujarat to provide the startups with the required support for their successful venture.
• IGNITE is also recognised for Facebook – NITI Aayog Shuruaat Bus along with Facebook, Atal Innovation Mission and Media Partner – NDTV.
• MySocial, a student StartUp supported by IGNITE Incubation Centre has won 3rd prize in Google for Entrepreneurs contest.
• Team IGNITE was invited by Confederation of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (CIMSME) & Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University for conducting webinar on “How to pitch to Incubation Centres”.
• IGNITE Innovation & StartUp Centre, Silver Oak University signed an MoU with Abhyuday Bharat Mega Defence Cluster LLP to nurture & support startups in the field of defence. Both the centres collaboratively can assist startups for expert mentorship under defence personnels & other designated officials.
• IGNITE Innovation & StartUp Centre, Silver Oak University has been a partner with Indian Women Institutional League (IWIL), Delhi, a centre dedicated to encourage & support women entrepreneurs throughout the country for the events like “IWIL India StartUp Marathon”, etc. IGNITE will be an outreach partner for all the events organised by IWIL India.

IGNITE has developed 3D printing Lab, Makers Lab, IOT Lab & Aerobotics Lab at Incubation Centre.

• Ignite is running an illuminate programme, under which more than 80 patents are filed.
• IGNITE is also recognised as “Patent Information Centre” by Gujarat Council of Science & Technology (GUJCOST).
• IGNITE collaborated with IPR Cell of Gujarat Technological University for conducting Intellectual Property Rights Awareness Program on occasion of “Celebrate 150th Birth Anniversary of the Father of Nation, Mahatma Gandhi”

In 2022, during the “Dare to Defend” event at SVNIT, an aircraft weighing 1.5 kg participated:

• Additionally, in the SAEISS ADC, another aircraft with a weight of 4.9 kg carrying payload of 4.6 kg secured the 5th rank in India.

Moving to 2023, the “Cognizance 2023” event witnessed impressive performances:

• Flightfury claimed the 1st position in Gujarat with a lightweight aircraft weighing 750 gms carrying payload of 100 gms.
• Aerohelix also excelled in the same event, securing the 1st rank in Gujarat with a drone weighing 2 kg carrying payload of 200 gms.
• Inspectron achieved the 2nd rank in India with an aircraft weighing 2 kg carrying payload of just 20 gms specially designed for the object and marker detections.

In the Technoxian 2023 competition:

• RC CRAFT challenge represented well on the international stage, securing the 5th rank with an aircraft weighing 750 gms.
• Meanwhile, DRONE competition emerged as the 1st in Gujarat with a drone weighing 1 kg carrying payload of 200 gms.

• E-Cell IGNITE joined NEC 15th Aug 2023 and the challenge will end by Feb 2024.
• Securing the fourth position at IIT Bombay is an impressive accomplishment that calls for commitment, diligence, and careful preparation.
