Mr. Nipen Shukla
Incubation Head
Mr. Nipen A Shukla is heading Ignite Incubation Center. He is a qualified Engineer and has earned his Masters in Business Administration from Gujarat University. He is one of the think tanks in the development of the Ignite Incubation Center. He has played strategic roles in policy-making decisions in the development and successful functioning of the Incubation center. With his wide network of entrepreneurs and technocrats, he has facilitated many start-ups' grow. Many boot camps, screening of start ups and ideation camps have been organized under his leadership. He is playing decisive roles in Incubation Management, Co-working space management, and future growth of Ignite.
Mrs. Teena Sachdev

Mrs. Teena Sachdev is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the textile industry as a business executive.She is having experience in client acquisition,account management and marketing.
She is serving as a Co-working Associate at IGNITE- Incubator and Co-working Space, Silver Oak University. A highly organized and customer-focused professional with experience in fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. Skilled in managing day-to-day operations,ensuring member satisfaction and promoting community engagement,
Additionally her duties also involve managing the resources, managing student body, approaching the mentors and empanelling them on board.
Mrs. Jahanvi Patel graduated from Gujarat Technological University with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Computer Engineering. At IGNITE, she handles the portfolio as an Incubation Associate, supporting technology-based startups. Her role involves assisting and guiding early-stage tech startups in various aspects of their growth, such as helping them create & refine their business models, accessing resources, and developing their products or services.
Additionally, she organizes several programs at IGNITE Incubation Centre to foster the spirit of Start-Up and Entrepreneurship in collaboration with the many stakeholders of the startup ecosystem. The programs include skill development that encourages innovation and entrepreneurship, providing opportunities for aspiring student entrepreneurs to showcase their ideas and connect with industry professionals and investors & many more.
Mr. Mohammadshadab Ghanchi

Mr. Mohammadshadab Ghanchi is an experienced Aeronautical Engineer with expertise in Unmanned Manned Aerial systems and Computer-aided design and analysis.
He currently serves as a Research Assistant/IPR Coordinator at IGNITE- Incubator and Co-working Space, Silver Oak University. In this role, he conducts research, manages intellectual property rights, oversees day-to-day operations, and provides mentorship to the collegiate aeromodelling club, Team DaVinci.
His organized approach, dedication, and collaborative skills contribute to a productive work environment and member satisfaction.

Mr. Keval Kelawala
Start-up Mentor & Program Manager
Mr. Keval Kelawala has a strong academic background in Mechanical Engineering, including a Bachelor's degree in 2016 and a Master's degree in I.C Engine & Automobile in 2019. He is a co-founder of SUDAKSH Technologies LLP, a start-up funded by Start Up Gujarat and recognized by DIPP. They have expertise in CAD designing software and ANSYS, as well as experience in building an incubation framework and working with start-ups. His core strengths lie in business model preparation, product designing, and fabrication. He joined as Research Assistant in IGNITE – Incubator and Co-working Space since June 2016 and Promoted to Program Manager in August 2019. From November 2021, he is associated with them on a visiting basis as Team Mentor. Under his guidance, Team Da Vinci, collegiate team of Silver Oak University for Aeronautical Activities, secured All India 2nd Rank in India.
Mr. Mrunal Kakkad has completed Bachelor of Engineering from Gujarat Technological University. He has been a certified Entrepreneurship Development Programme candidate from Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, Govt of Gujarat also he has served as a coordinator in the Entrepreneurial Programs by Entrepreneurial Training Institutes. He has also completed "StartUp India Learning Program" by upGrad India in collaboration with StartUp India. Having quintessential knowledge about Legal structures, Business & Marketing Plans, he has been a consulting & mentoring startups as Incubation Manager at IGNITE-Incubation Centre, Silver Oak University. With great zeal towards boosting StartUp ecosystem, he has great enthusiasm to foster startups at institutional as well as industrial level.
Mr. Bhavdeep Trivedi
Start-Up Mentor & team Spark-X Racing
Mr. Bhavdeep has completed Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University. Currently He is serving as Start-up Mentor and Team Mentor at IGNITE - Incubator and Co-working Space, Silver Oak University. He is Mentoring Team SparkX Racing from Silver Oak University which is a team of 25 undergraduate students who design and manufacture all-terrain vehicles and participate in national level championships. Along with working with automobiles, he has industrial experience in the manufacturing field and expertise in Business planning, Personal Development, Marketing, advanced manufacturing techniques, Vehicle Dynamics and Start-up mentoring.
