Mr. Mohammadshadab Ghanchi is an experienced Aeronautical Engineer with expertise in Unmanned Manned Aerial systems and Computer-aided design and analysis.
He currently serves as a Research Assistant/IPR Coordinator at IGNITE- Incubator and Co-working Space, Silver Oak University. In this role, he conducts research, manages intellectual property rights, oversees day-to-day operations, and provides mentorship to the collegiate aeromodelling club, Team DaVinci.
His organized approach, dedication, and collaborative skills contribute to a productive work environment and member satisfaction.

Pujarani Khuntia, our Incubation Associate at Ignite, Silver Oak University, holds a Bachelor's in Agriculture from S’O’A University, Bhubaneswar, and a Master's in Agri-Business Management from OUAT. With a passion for exploring new ideas, Pujarani has been actively engaged in agricultural startups since college, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience. Their inclusive approach fosters a thriving entrepreneurial culture, guiding startups towards impactful solutions.

Hi there, I'm Shri Piyush Singh. I hold a master's degree in Hindi from Allahabad University, where I delved deep into the beauty of the language. Teaching has always been a passion of mine, especially sharing my knowledge of Hindi and history subjects with eager minds. My journey led me to a brief stint as a data entry operator at Think Gas Company in Bhopal, where I honed my attention to detail. Now, as an admin executive at Ignite Incubation Centre, I thrive in a dynamic environment, supporting the growth of innovative ideas and ventures.

He brings a fresh perspective and a passion for innovation. Eager to contribute to the growth of startups, he is dedicated to fostering a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem within our Incubation and Co-working Centre. With a solid foundation in aeronautical engineering, Aniruddh is poised to apply his skills and enthusiasm to support the success of our incubated ventures particularly in the field of aeronautics and also applying for different grants for the university to further enhance the university's innovation initiatives."

Start-up Mentor & Program Manager

Mr. Keval Kelawala has a strong academic background in Mechanical Engineering, including a Bachelor's degree in 2016 and a Master's degree in I.C Engine & Automobile in 2019. He is a co-founder of SUDAKSH Technologies LLP, a start-up funded by Start Up Gujarat and recognized by DIPP. They have expertise in CAD designing software and ANSYS, as well as experience in building an incubation framework and working with start-ups. His core strengths lie in business model preparation, product designing, and fabrication. He joined as Research Assistant in IGNITE – Incubator and Co-working Space since June 2016 and Promoted to Program Manager in August 2019. From November 2021, he is associated with them on a visiting basis as Team Mentor. Under his guidance, Team Da Vinci, collegiate team of Silver Oak University for Aeronautical Activities, secured All India 2nd Rank in India.

Mr. Mrunal Kakkad has completed Bachelor of Engineering from Gujarat Technological University. He has been a certified Entrepreneurship Development Programme candidate from Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, Govt of Gujarat also he has served as a coordinator in the Entrepreneurial Programs by Entrepreneurial Training Institutes. He has also completed "StartUp India Learning Program" by upGrad India in collaboration with StartUp India. Having quintessential knowledge about Legal structures, Business & Marketing Plans, he has been a consulting & mentoring startups as Incubation Manager at IGNITE-Incubation Centre, Silver Oak University. With great zeal towards boosting StartUp ecosystem, he has great enthusiasm to foster startups at institutional as well as industrial level.

Mr. Bhavdeep has completed Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University. Currently He is serving as Start-up Mentor and Team Mentor at IGNITE - Incubator and Co-working Space, Silver Oak University. He is Mentoring Team SparkX Racing from Silver Oak University which is a team of 25 undergraduate students who design and manufacture all-terrain vehicles and participate in national level championships. Along with working with automobiles, he has industrial experience in the manufacturing field and expertise in Business planning, Personal Development, Marketing, advanced manufacturing techniques, Vehicle Dynamics and Start-up mentoring.
