Mr. Nipen A Shukla is heading Ignite Incubation Center. He is a qualified Engineer and has earned his Masters in Business Administration from Gujarat University. He is one of the think tanks in the development of the Ignite Incubation Center. He has played strategic roles in policy-making decisions in the development and successful functioning of the Incubation center. With his wide network of entrepreneurs and technocrats, he has facilitated many start-ups' grow. Many boot camps, screening of start ups and ideation camps have been organized under his leadership. He is playing decisive roles in Incubation Management, Co-working space management, and future growth of Ignite.

As Program Executive at Ignite Incubation Center, Silver Oak University, Pushpali Pitale supports innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives through program management, startup screening, idea evaluation, and ecosystem engagement. Their experience in coordinating ideathons, hackathons, and startup-focused activities helps foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and entrepreneurial growth.

Ms. Krunali Patel serves as an Incubation Assistant at Ignite Incubation Center, Silver Oak University. Holding a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA), she supports startup development and incubation activities through effective coordination and administrative management. With a keen eye for organization and process efficiency, Krunali manages incubation documentation, maintains records, and assists with compliance and reporting requirements, contributing to the smooth functioning of the incubation ecosystem.

Saiyed Abdemoid is an Incubation Associate at Ignite, Silver Oak University, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering . With experience in drone development and aerospace projects, including defense-focused UAV initiatives, he actively supports the startup ecosystem through startup screening, documentation, program coordination, and incubation support. As a Mentor of Da Vinci, he is passionate about fostering innovation, guiding entrepreneurs, and helping transform promising ideas into impactful ventures.

Mr. Chiragbhai Patil is an experienced Mechanical Engineer dedicated to fostering engineering excellence. As an IPR Cell Coordinator and SAE BAJA Mentor, he splits his expertise between safeguarding cutting-edge technical innovations and guiding competitive collegiate teams from initial automotive design to the race track.

Start-up Mentor & Program Manager

Mr. Keval Kelawala has a strong academic background in Mechanical Engineering, including a Bachelor's degree in 2016 and a Master's degree in I.C Engine & Automobile in 2019. He is a co-founder of SUDAKSH Technologies LLP, a start-up funded by Start Up Gujarat and recognized by DIPP. They have expertise in CAD designing software and ANSYS, as well as experience in building an incubation framework and working with start-ups. His core strengths lie in business model preparation, product designing, and fabrication. He joined as Research Assistant in IGNITE – Incubator and Co-working Space since June 2016 and Promoted to Program Manager in August 2019. From November 2021, he is associated with them on a visiting basis as Team Mentor. Under his guidance, Team Da Vinci, collegiate team of Silver Oak University for Aeronautical Activities, secured All India 2nd Rank in India.

Mr. Mrunal Kakkad has completed Bachelor of Engineering from Gujarat Technological University. He has been a certified Entrepreneurship Development Programme candidate from Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, Govt of Gujarat also he has served as a coordinator in the Entrepreneurial Programs by Entrepreneurial Training Institutes. He has also completed "StartUp India Learning Program" by upGrad India in collaboration with StartUp India. Having quintessential knowledge about Legal structures, Business & Marketing Plans, he has been a consulting & mentoring startups as Incubation Manager at IGNITE-Incubation Centre, Silver Oak University. With great zeal towards boosting StartUp ecosystem, he has great enthusiasm to foster startups at institutional as well as industrial level.

Mr. Bhavdeep has completed Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University. Currently He is serving as Start-up Mentor and Team Mentor at IGNITE - Incubator and Co-working Space, Silver Oak University. He is Mentoring Team SparkX Racing from Silver Oak University which is a team of 25 undergraduate students who design and manufacture all-terrain vehicles and participate in national level championships. Along with working with automobiles, he has industrial experience in the manufacturing field and expertise in Business planning, Personal Development, Marketing, advanced manufacturing techniques, Vehicle Dynamics and Start-up mentoring.
